Salvi’s Calamarata Rigata Pasta is a refined expression of authentic Italian craftsmanship, proudly produced in a family-run factory nestled in the picturesque town of Cava de' Tirreni along the stunning Amalfi Coast. Crafted using time-honoured methods and premium durum wheat semolina, these thick, ridged rings take inspiration from tender calamari. The added ridges (“rigata”) give the pasta an even greater ability to cling to sauces, delivering exceptional flavour in every bite.
